You can now order and purchase copies of Ontonagon County Vital Records through our website! Click the button below to order:

• Certified Birth Certificate (must have been born in Ontonagon County, and be a birth record for yourself or your child)
• Certified Copy of Marriage License (must have been an Ontonagon County resident at time of a Michigan marriage, or a resident of another state but married in Ontonagon County)
• Certified Death Record

$10 fee for first copy of any vital record, $3 fee for each additional copy

*Please note, a Vital Records Request Form must be completed and uploaded for the above purchases. An uploaded image of a Driver’s License is required to show proof of identity for purchase of Certified Birth Certificates.

Vital Records Request
